You need to be here for more than 60 days with atleast 20+ hubs which are keyword rich. This will improve you chances for earning. More you write keyword rich content and more traffic you draw the better you earn.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
