I suffer from the same problem with cravings, as do many, many other people. What works for me is a combination of things, including getting away from food if possible, drinking a big glass of water (or tea or other low-calorie drink), doing some kind of activity (ie. Going for a walk) that gets my mind off the food, or even having something to eat that isn't full of calories, like a piece of fruit or some air-popped popcorn. It won't necessarily help with the cravings, but you might want to try keeping a food journal--writing down everything you eat, including portions and calories--for a while.
People who do that have a higher success rate at losing weight than those who don't. After doing this for a few weeks, you could just write down what you're eating, not necessarily the portions and calories if you don't want to.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
