One of my hobbies is backpacking. On the days I hike a few miles in the mountains my night is like this. I get in bed and organize my pillow.
The next thing I know about 8 hours later the sun is shining in the window and I have not changed position. On the days when I get no exercise I toss and turn in bed a lot of the night.
Lately I seem to wake up in the middle of the night every night for an hour or so then sleep later then I wanted to. I like waking up around 6 am but lately sleep until 7:30 or 8 am. We are visiting our son and he is a cause of much worry at times, that could be part of my sleeping problem.
I have also changed my habits slightly while being his house guest. I set up netflix on my laptop and get into my little cozy bed with headphones on and watch films until 11pm or later. In my normal routine in Hungary I don't lay in bed watching films.
I usually need 8 to 9 hours of sleep, I run on high energy most of the time and need to recover for the next day. I feel it is I don't sleep at least that long every night.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
