Guys like it more when you actually see them than just talk on the phone all day. So maybe ask him to go out sometime. If he goes to your school you can just hang by his locker and put a cute not in it asking him out for dinner or something.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
