Hi, I am 20 year girl, how can I gain weight?..i am very thin...plz help?

Nowadays, there are so many food supplements that are out in the market. Some are cheap and some are priced just right. I've tried almost all of them and they all seem to work for me.

Before I was taking food supplements, I was also like you, struggling to gain weight but now, I've grown heavier. The first one to have awakened my 'sleeping cells' was the Intra. I am not promoting it here but I'm speaking out of own experience.

Actually, this product comes from Canada. Here's their site for your reference, just choose the nearest or your country. lifestyles.net/index.html

Oh, did I mention that this is safe for all ages?

And in order to gain weight with it, you take it right after your meal. It will stimulate your appetite and see what it can do for you. It's totally safe for people of all ages so you don't need to worry.

Read about it at the links I'm giving you. And most of all, take only food supplements that have approval seal from food and drug administration. Be safe always.Be healthy.

Welcome to the club! At 50, I'm at my high school weight (scrawny), and struggle to keep weight on. Even after my pregnancy I quickly returned to my previous weight.

While I was working at a physically active job, I was about ten pounds heavier but have lost it since I spend most of my time in front of a computer now. I was concerned that I might put on weight, but the reverse seems to be true. I've lost muscle tone and strength from my inactivity.

I once asked my doctor what foods I could add to my diet that were good for me but contained lots of calories, and I was advised to eat plenty of peanut butter, eggs, cheese and ice cream. Can you imagine, doctor's orders to eat ice cream! Woo hoo!

Eat several small meals a day instead of one or two larger ones, since you probably have a small appetite like I do. It doesn't take much food to make me feel full, so I have better luck snacking through out the day. Nibble on healthy fruits and vegetables instead of packaged snack foods, make a meal of natural cheese and whole-grain crackers.

Carbohydrates, like pasta and potatoes, will help add weight, too. You might also try adding some protein drinks to your diet; protein help builds muscle. And feel free to have a big bowl of ice cream every night before you go to bed!

But don't just stuff yourself with food, start an exercise that will turn those calories into muscle instead of fat, and set a pattern for healthy living that will serve you the rest of your life. You're still young, so genetics and pregnancies may put weight on you later in life, and you don't want to add fat now that you may want to lose later. And count your blessings, because lots of women would give their right leg to have our problem!

I was 90 pounds and 5'2, I started drinking ensure plus and ate 5 meals a day. Now I am 115 and it only took me about 4 months. You need to eat 5 meals a day and drink ensure plus with it.

Don't forget to drink you vitamins.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
