Hi, I was googling my grandfather for fun and read your comments. Clarence "Pop" Strange was?

Yes, I did. We lived next door to the Stranges on Broussard Street, as I recall. My parents were both from Nebraska, and soon after we moved in next door to the Stranges when I was in the second grade I was greeted by the Strange girls in the front yard with the comment from the oldest one, "My momma says your're damn yankees!"

However, we got along fine with the Stranges until we moved to a bigger house in another neighborhood several years later. Good to hear from you. I'ts a small world!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
