Bullies are cowards who pick on the weak. Once you confront a bully, they'll see you're not weak anymore, and move on to another victim. Running to the school only makes the bully hungrier.
Knocking a bullies block off is the only successful way.
Check out Barbara Coloroso's book "The Bully, the Bullied and the Bystander". It's an excellent resource about bullying. In the meantime, if the school isn't doing enough, take it higher.
Go to the school board. Don't give in - keep talking to them about it until things are done to take it seriously. They have a responsibility to provide a safe place for your child to learn.

That's a matter for the police. Speak to the school again, to inform them that you're going to the police. Don't back down.
There are too many horror stories of kids taking their own lives because of this kind of thing not to take it seriously.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
