Non è un fatto di calorie, fai pranzo invece di saltarlo quasi per riempirti di gelato la sera. Comunque tra pranzo e colazione sono tipo 350 calorie stando larghi. Vedi di mangiare, un cono gelato la sera per cena non è una cena, mangia e non essere anoressica, bischera!
