Horribly inconsiderate/rude upstairs neighbors?

Most social landlords require that the tenant gets permission to lay laminate flooring. He should be made to remove it. I think the issue is often that flats are not made for modern living.

People want their loud TV and stereo systems. The soundproofing is usually non-existent. The Laminate would probably be fine, if they put in something to make it more soundproof.

My neighbour does all that stomping too. He takes the huff, because he wants to leave the entrance door open all the time and I shut it, so he gets revenge by stomping and slamming doors. I could kill him sometimes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
