How are metal bands put on for braces?

First what your orthodontist does is finds a band that fits. Once they have found one they will shape it to your tooth by having you bite on a stick thing with a metal triangle on one end. After they have shaped it to fit your tooth correctly they will put glue on the inside.

After that they will slip it back on your tooth and you will be all set to go.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
