How can attitudes and beliefs affect well-being?

Attitudes and beliefs have everything to do with how you experience life, both in difficult and in joyous times. Attitudes and beliefs, like seeds buried in the deep earth, give rise to trees that bear fruit. Your positive beliefs bear the fruit of greater love, compassion and health.

Your negative beliefs bear the fruit of fear, isolation and illness. Positive attitudes empower you to focus on the blessings in your daily life and to enjoy a measure of happiness that you might otherwise overlook if you focus only on the difficulties in your life.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
