How can I change the desktop background on Windows 7 starter?

My wife has a mini HP net book with windows7 Starter. I am not quite sure you can change the desktop wall paper. She asked me to change her's.

I never yet got around to trying to change her's. So really I can't say for sure. Maybe someone else here knows what to tell you.

I do know for sure there is a world of difference in her Starter Version and my Windows7 Home Premium. It's easy to change in Home Premium.

Sorry to say but windows 7 starter is a very basic edition and you cannot change wallpaper or even use an external dvd writer it is highly recommended to upgrade to home premium.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
