How can I convince my parents to let me get a kitten?

Nope - agree with your parents here. You cannot plunk strange animals together and expect life to be good. It takes a week or two to slowly intergrate them, and the animals will only be there for a week.

Is the cat UTD on vaccines? FeLV negative? Are all the animals wormed and flea treated?

Do you have a yard safe for a dog? Are you bonded and insured in case the dog or cat escapes from the house or yard and gets hit by a car, and you get sued? Just who IS going to take care of these animals when you are at school?

And you are aware of course is that many people pull this - you take the pets, and the owners never return. While it's nice that you want to make money, this isn't the way to do it. Your parents are absolutely correct here.

Bad idea quite honestly. Your parents would need to carry insurance for starters. Your fencing has to be fully secure so the dogs can't escape and above all, you have to be experienced (I know, you can't be until you get some experience but .....).

No way would I let somebody who is at school have my dogs in their home to sit. If your parents are not happy with this idea, I can fully understand why!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
