Creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself is not about deprivation. It's about consciousness. Whenever the temptation to eat junk food arises, I have to consciously make the decision to indulge or not.
If I choose to eat something "bad," I don't feel the need to eat massive quantities; I can be satisfied with a few bites. I am still in the process of making myself as healthy as possible, and always will be. But I've realized that in order to make my commitment to a healthy lifestyle last, I need to be flexible.
I don't graze mindlessly, but I also never let myself feel deprived -- indulgence in moderation is the key to success. By creating a habit of exercising daily (though not necessarily in a gym) and always being conscious of what I am eating, I am on my way to a healthier me. And you will be, too.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
