My advise is to listen to your friends/ coworkers when they compliment you on a particular outfit or color. If you can't remember any of the comments then take along a couple of friends and go shopping. Determing what colors look best on you depends primarily on your hair color. If your a red head you want to stay away from reds, oranges, yellows. Choose color like greens and blues.

There is no better color that compliments a red head than the color green. Now if your a blonde, you probably have quite fair skin, so also stay away from yellows, yellow on fair skinned people usually tend to wash them out. Blues, and reds are usually the best colors for blondes.
