Well there are all kinda things that might wear ear pluggs to soften the noise filtering then theres the dr you could ask for a presciption you could get or you can go over the counter that may have a few you could use.

Have a consistent bedtime and wake time. Make sure you don't eat ANYTHING a couple hours prior to bed time that includes any stimulants like tea or coffee. As for coffee, try not to drink any after noon as that may also affect the quality of your sleep.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
