Help induce sleep by giving a warm bath early in the evening, followed by a massage, stories and/or lullabies, and a regular bedtime. Routines count for babies, and once the little one gets into a pattern it will become easy. Try to discourage bad habits for the same reason.
The more you can teach your baby to soothe himself, the better off you'll be. So try to stay away from crutches, like rocking your baby to sleep or using a pacifier. Otherwise, he'll learn that he can't fall asleep unless he's rocked, or he'll cry if the pacifier falls out during the night.
Try to put him to sleep when he's still awake so it becomes expected - and habit.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
