How can I keep pests out of my garden?

Some people enjoy doing gardening and like to keep it in good condition throughout the year. Unfortunately, it doesn't always go like that. There are different types of pests that roam the yard both day and night and will destroy whatever they see in sight.

Thankfully, you can get rid of these pests by using some simple methods. Here are some tips to help you get rid of many different pests out of your garden. Sprinkle moth balls around your garden to deter cats and other rodents.

You can also scatter orange peel in in the garden to get the same effect. Put up a scarecrow in your yard to scare birds that usually pass by and eat ripe fruits from trees. Plant squash around the corn plants to discourage raccoons from coming near them.

Rim of your garden with some mulch. Slightly beaten egg with 1 quart of water and spray onto anything that the deer eat. Have to re-apply this about every 4-5 days or after a rain but it really works!

We have the same problem and for the last several years we have erected a chicken wire fence around our garden, about waist high. Problem solved. Make sure you use hexagonal fencing with small mesh, as we originally tried fencing with larger open spaces, and we are sure the bunnies were laughing at us as they ate our plants.

You can use ordinary metal fence posts. It's quite easy. To be totally honest, out of the three years we have been doing this, bunnies have still managed to get in, but only twice.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
