I worked for years in the health care field. ANd honestly you just get burned out. You can care in your own way.
If you didn't get frustrated at times you wouldn't be human. It's not easy caring for others.
Thanks. But I really need some solid advice, management really doesn't care about the situation, only the complaint. Staffing is cut to the minimum to make way to build a new hospital, and although nothing happened to the patient, his complaint almost got me fired after working for twenty seven years.Help.
Patients are hard customers to deal with because they are are sick or incapacitated in some way. Not only that but a patient aso feels helpless and out of control. Please read my hub on how to deal with an irate customer, I think you might find it applies to your situation.
Health care is a thankless job sometimes, Kudos to you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
