How can I Move Current shared hosted Sql database to dedicated server sql database for my wordpress?

1) Install this plugin: wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/ 2) Give resulting files to your new web host and ask them to restore the database. Every webhost worth their salt will do this in under 24 hours for you. This will be a good test for the service you will receive.
