First of all, don't pop a pill and mask it. Don't hide it or deny it. Try to understand it and live with it for a while.
Go through this phase, no matter how painful. Don't let friends drag you out to cheer you up right away. You need to go through a grieving period.
Others may mean well, but sometimes the best way to get over depression is to have a friend just sit by your side, get you a tissue when you shed a tear, and just stare out the window with you. Just know that depression is part of the healing process and that you are going to feel emotionally stronger very soon. Right now you feel as if you're never going to be happy again.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
