How can I perform advanced general self-sweeping exercises with colors?

You may sit or stand. Perform your standard warm-up. Begin with steps 1 through 3 from Exercise 9–C of the book Your Hands Can Heal You, then proceed.1.

Tap your throat chakra, and form an intent to draw in prana through the throat chakra and project green beams through both hands. Begin pranic breathing, but keep your awareness more on sweeping than on your pranic breathing.2. Turn your visualization sideways, and position your hands so that one palm chakra is lined up with the front solar plexus chakra and the other is lined up with the back solar plexus chakra.3.

Fill your entire visualized body with light green prana. Let it flow through your hands into the solar plexus chakras. You may want to visualize your body as hollow, with the green prana flowing into your feet first, then filling up your entire body.

All your muscles, bones, skin, organs, hair should be light green. Picture yourself slightly glowing. After your body is filled, stabilize both the front and back solar plexus chakras with light blue.

4. Now break contact with the visualization for a moment to allow the green prana to “cook.” This will loosen up the dirty energy the way pretreating loosens up a stain on a shirt before you throw it into the laundry.5.

After a few moments, go back and perform regular general sweeping on your visualization, both front and back, with light green.6. After you complete your sweeping, rescan your aura. See if it seems more balanced now.

Note also if you feel lighter, more relaxed, or more refreshed.7. Conclude the exercise by shaking your hands and spraying them with alcohol again. Relax.

This is a quicker, more thorough way to clean your energy body than general self-sweeping, but it does require more practice. Most students, after they master the advanced method, seldom go back to regular general self-sweeping.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
