You may sit or stand for this exercise. Perform your standard warm-up.1. Establish a quick energetic baseline for yourself.
Note the relative shape and strength of your aura, as well as any areas of congestion or depletion.2. If necessary, reestablish your intent by silently declaring to yourself that you intend to sweep and clean away the dirty prana from your energy body. 3.
Using your preferred visualization technique, imagine yourself about 2 to 3 feet in front of you. Remember that you can increase identification with your visualization by saying your name three times.4. Tap your throat chakra, and form an intent to draw in prana through the throat chakra and project green beams through your fingertips.5.
With your hands in the slightly cupped general sweeping position, aim your fingers slightly above the head of your visualized body.6. Imagine the beams of green light emanating from your fingers and penetrating an inch or two into your visualized body. Remember that depth in scanning is determined by intent.7.
Follow the general self-sweeping sequence. Begin pranic breathing, but keep your awareness more on your sweeping movement than on your pranic breathing or a visualization of the beams. By this time, pranic breathing should be second nature to you.8.
After sweeping the front of your visualized figure, turn it around and sweep the back.9. If you have the time and need, perform a second set of 10 sweeps - five on the front and five on the back - with violet. Flick your hands downward a few times because you’re changing colors.
Tap your crown chakra and form a clear intent to sweep with violet. Visualize light violet beams emitting from your fingertips, and begin your sweeping passes.10. After you complete your sweeping, rescan your aura.
Note if it seems more balanced now. Note also if you feel lighter, more relaxed, or more refreshed.11. Conclude the exercise by shaking your hands and spraying them with alcohol again.
Take a few pranic breaths and relax.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
