You've likely not got the correct drivers for the 64bit one - or your adapter configuration is not correct. Try disabling IPv6 in x64 and see what it does.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
