On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 (be aware that some manufacturers use F8 for system recovery!) then look for an option to 'Disable restart on boot failure' (or words to that effect) and use the arrow keys to highlight it and hit Enter/Return. Or On startup, keep tapping either F1, F2, F10,(Be Aware that some manufacturers also use F10 for system recovery!) Esc or Del (depending on your system) until you get to the BIOS setup screen. Look for an option to 'Disable restart on boot failure' (or words to that effect) and turn it on.

Save settings and exit. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
