How can I start a charity or NGO (non-governmental organization)?

You have to open-up a business and when you do you get to chose if it is for profit or non-profit. As Bovine wrote, it has to be done through your government but I suggest getting a lawyer to "open-up" the company for you or help you do it. It will not cost much in terms of the paper work.

It will take a fair amount of paperwork to your government. I am australian, I have looked into it here but for internal organisation. Best bet is call the beauracracy.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
