The sauce is ready. For the Gravy you need a spoonful of corn flour mixed into a very smooth, thin paste. Heat a wok.
Add a few drops of oil, add chopped onions. Its best if you add spring onions. I didn't have any so I have used white onions.
Julienne and saute them. Add chopped capsicum. Saute for a few more minutes.
Add sauce, broccoli and water. Let it boil for 5 mins. Simmer and add corn-flour paste.
This thickens the gravy. Add salt as per taste. Broccoli is much more crunchier and doesn't get soggy as fast as cauliflower.

When I cook broccoli for myself and for my family I always make a nice cheese sauce to go over it. This is a trick that my mother always did, to make it more appetizing to my sister, brother, nad myself as children. It really stuck because now when I cook that is the only way I do it!
It always goes over very well with everyone in the family especially the children that I cook for. The cheese sauce to pour over the broccoli is pretty simple to make yourself, all you need is milk, flour, and and kind of cheese of your choice. I always use cheddar cheese.
You shred the cheese, mix about two full cups of shredded cheddar cheese(or which ever cheese you choose), quarter cup of flour, and one cup of milk. Then you heat this in the microwave or bring it to a boil on the oven, cook the broccoli as usual, pour over it and your done! Hope this helps!
If they refuse to eat it you can try to mix them with things such as mashed potatoes or hide them in food such as brownies and cakes. Just put them in a food processor after cooked and then mix 1/2 to 1 cup in the mixture! I bet they will never be able to tell.
I cut the broccoli florets in smaller chunks. Put them in a pan with little bit of water. It is just about less than quarter cup water for about 2 cups of broccoli.
I add some salt too. Then cook them closed. When the water is little bit evaporated, add about 1 table spoon of oil.
Then add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, half a teaspoon of fresh ginger and a teaspoon of soyasause. Cook the broccoli by stirring constantly till the color changes to darker shade of green. You can eat them with cheese dip or salsa. It is always a hit at my home.
Saute 2 tbsp sesame seeds in a med hot frypan for 10-15 SECONDS. They burn quick so don't blink. In a frypan heat 1 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs Orange juice, 2 tsp of your choice of sweetener sugar, or br sugar,or honey ,or syrup,(no molasses) heat a few seconds add the sesame seeds and toss with the raw (or cooked to your liking) Broccoli and Cauliflower.
All the green vegetables are great, but an acquired taste. Try them all on your family and as they appreciate one it will spill over to the others. Also, if your family is Democratic you could point out that President Bush refused to eat his broccoli while in office.
That would be enough for me to try any new vegetable. Also, if you have any teenage boys, you could let them watch the PETA ads.. features.peta.org/VeggieLove/Default.aspx.
There are frozen prepackaged broccoli servings, mixed with few other vegetables and some spices. You place it in the microwave for about 4 minutes. Yummy.
Other packages have broccoli but you have to cook it yourself. You can steam it and add as a side to rice or other foods. Again you can mix with other good frozen vegetables if you wish.
I think that's very healthy.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
