How can my bank get National Collector's Mint to refund my money if I havent been able to contact them?

NCM sent us a different order than what my husband placed. The shipping list total was different than what my email order confirmation said and what my 1st of 3 payments would be. I tried calling them, no answer.

I email them, no reply. Even though they havent charged me yet, my bank says they still can. I want to return what they sent and get a refund (if they decide to charge me).

However, the bank says that it is possible that they still charge me and if they do because Ive tried to contact them, I can dispute the charge. The bank says they can try to get a refund for me. How can they get a hold of them, if I can't?

If NCM does not charge me soon, how long must I keep the money in my account so I'm not overdrawn? Asked by newuser66563885 22 months ago Similar questions: bank National Collector's Mint refund money havent contact Politics & Law.

1 I checked on the NCM and it was a spotty story---the BBB had 24 complaints in one year, but most of them were resolved to the customer's satisfaction. They are also associated with the Ronald Reagan Library. So there's hope that you'll get some satisfaction before it's all done.

Your bank may be able to get you money back because it will be dealing directly with NCM's bank, not the mint directly. If your bank convinced NCM's bank that your money should legally be refunded, your money will be.

You can always dispute a charge on your credit card. The credit card company usually asks you if you've tried to resolve it with the merchant. If the mint continues not to answer your e-mails, then you can kick it back to the credit card company and demand they take it off your bill.

I can tell you that if a lot of people are demanding refunds from the same company of the credit card company, they face having their merchant account suspended. So everybody usually takes these kinds of demands seriously. You have less rights with a debit card, and that might explain the response from the bank.

You basically pay in cash when you use a debit card, and the bank is under no obligation to make refunds. You gave the money away. All you can do is to keep complaining.

It sounds like they drag their feet hoping some people will go away. SO keep after them. And, by the way, never use a debit card for online purchases.

Who do you contact about a complaint about a bank.

If I marry to my boyfriend do I get more money on my refund.

Two people moved in with my brother in law (unknown to me, the property owner) He said they would pay rent but havent.

I placed an order a few days ago and the tracker says that I havent and neither does my bank account. Do I place the ord.

Who do I contact about a shipping refund because of missed overnight delivery.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
