Third world countries are poor because they do not have money. This is what the IMF and the World Bank says. Therefore, let us look at what money is.
Money is anything which is generally accepted in a society as 1) medium of exchange and 2) measure of value. Today, it is paper money produced and printed by government through the Central Bank of most nations. As the use of credit becomes widespread, the use of money (cash) is limited to transactions where the parties 1) do not trust each other or 2) do not expect to meet again in the near future.
Money maybe exchange for articles of wealth and/or for services rendered. Only governments can print paper money. The same government can then issue it in exchange for goods and services.
Therefore, the IMF and the World Bank are wrong when they said the poor nations of the third world do not have money, because money only needs to be printed by these goverments. If governments of third world countries print money to pay for infrastructure ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
