How can Republicans vote down this bill and now blame the Democrats?

They would have to admit that people in their own party were opposing them.

It is called using Parliamentary Procedures and the Filibuster. And Republicans know that they are using them to block and stall Bills in both the House and Senate. But since they have been trying to use them on each and every bill and appointee they have lost the "Plausible Deni-ability" that had been the hallmark of Congress.

Now, since the Republicans have over used them they have lost the ability to claim "I did not Do it".

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
