Congratulations! Is this supposed to convert people? If you're happy believing what you believe- believe away.
I'm afraid the dream you had sounds very similar to a lucid dream or paralysis attack. I've had them many times- they're quite common- caused by lack of sleep. People often have the same experience of a presence in the room with them.
Look it up- fascinating stuff! Edit- Wasn't trying to offend. Just a joke.
You can share your experience- it just doesn't seem like an actual question.
All you experienced was a bright light and a "real" feeling. Of course light exists. Parlaying that vague experience into a belief in "God" is really quite a stretch don't you think?
As an exercise you should imagine what you'd make of the situation if you had never been indoctrinated with the belief in "God" in the first place and you didn't have that convenient term to toss around. Of course you wouldn't automatically conclude "a bearded man in the sky!" if it hadn't been previously ingrained in you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
