Depends if they are going for Engineering: Computer Science or just Computer Science. In general I would say most programmers are not engineers in the least bit. I myself am going for Engineering: Computer Science and I can tell you that most of the guys that I have met that attempt this combo are not making it.
They may be good at programming but the math classes knocks most of them out. One of the main differences is the amount of math you must take if you are going for the Engineering title.
No any more than mathmaticians or philosphers (logical thinkers) are.. very little 'engineering' in computer programming. Many Electronic engineers however, are programmers they need that skill to execute their profession of engineering and a lot of programming is used in engineering designs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
