How can weak stomach or pelvic muscles contribute to back pain?

The muscles in your lower back have a similar function as your knees. Namely, they have the responsibility of supporting a lot of your body weight, but they just aren't strong enough to support you all by themselves. That's bad, because they're often abandoned by the stomach and pelvic muscles that really should work in harmony with them to support our upright structure.

(Who ever said it was easy being a muscle?) Left to support you all by their lonesome, your lower back muscles become overtaxed. This leads to lower back pain.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
