I would argue we all see intelligence differently, but generally as a rule of thumb if you can speak to someone and they can understand or at least question your statement they have at the very least basic intelligence. With regards to specific types of intelligence, I would argue some people are more 'Intelligent' than others in certain aspects. I.e.
Referencing some previous ideas; social, mathematical, creative intelligence etc. The degree to which can be provided in the evidence of success in their lives. I.e. More support for social intelligence goes to someone with more friends or successful social encounters than someone lacking these features.
Obviously it cant be as clearly cut as that, there are environmental, psychological and personal factors maybe preventing someone from achieving their true/maximum potential intelligence. So as a summary, you cant really tell if someone is 'intelligent'; but you can make an educated guess based on their and your own values. :D.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
