How do I attract a confident, immature, self-respecting girl in her teens.?

Some do... But most don't know who they are yet and that's why it seems like they don't respect themselves. It's rather sad actually. They will figure it out...at least most of them will.

Yes I noticed They dress like complete sluts, drink alcohol, have sex with anyone, change boyfriend every week and cheat on all of them I'm glad that it's not my generation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
