There's an option, :reject_if, you can pass to accepts_nested_attributes_for so that it won't try to create a new photo under certain conditions. It would work like this.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
