Take the company's Balance sheet for 7 years see their net profits. It should show no loss. Take their stock price for all days in a year and see the average or if you know statistics calculate the significant difference you will and can estimate the stock value.

You go to Yahoo finance, or some other site that gives you stock price quotes. That is the price. Fundamental analysis is worthless.It depends on honest accounting and timely disclosure.

To do so you check ratios like P/E which is price-earnings ratio and relate the value of the ratio to the price. You may be surprised the that division may not add up or divide up well, with that you may be able tell what the estimate is.
