How do I convince my parents to let me listen to the kind of music I want to?

I don't know about black veil brides, but for me I listen to music sometimes not for the lyrics but for the background music going on. It draws me in more than lyrics per se. Is this true for you?

I think if after your parents look at the lyrics & consider your opinions with an open mind.....respect their wishes if they still say no. Sorry!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
