That's even on both levels. If you're not together, you'll be paying 50/50 with a room or 100% on your own. Why do you think you should evade everything altogether?

If you make the same income, then you better pay your 50%. But if not, keep doing what youre doing. Just because you take care of your kid, doesn't mean its any harder than working everyday.. I would gladly quit my job to take care of my kid, by I can't.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
