How do I find the value of old books? Example: I have a number of books written in the 1800's?

Most are worth a whole lot less than you may think. They're often yellowed, have loose pages, and a torn-up and dirty binding. Maybe one out of a thousand is in good condition, a first edition, and a book of some interest today-- those may fetch two, maybe 3 digits.

Most old books nobody is interested in and they're hard to sell at any price.

Thanks, But ... where can I go online to get an approx. Value? Natureboy 5 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
