Most scrapbook stores and photography studios are small businesses, and are often willing to help other sb owners. Most scrapbook stores put out newsletters (print and/or e-mail format). I have seen advertising in these, especially promotions for photographers and other local small businesses.
Hooking up with scrapbook stores is a great way to get new customers. Also, local photography studios may allow you to advertise with them. They'll take the pictures, you preserve them!
Don't rule out local newspapers as well. I don't know how much it costs to place a small ad in the free weekly newspaper in your community, but it could bring in all sorts of customers you might otherwise miss.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
