How do I I make it so that files deleted from my SD card are sent to the recycle bin?

You need to format the card while it is in your camera.

Just remove it from the camera and plug it to your Hp laptop after you plug the memory card to the computer. You will go to Computer and then go to devices and removable storage. You should see there your memory card plugged in.

You right-click on it then choose format from the menu. Try rapid format(optional). The other option is to go to your camera menu(on your camera) then find something like Setting...under it you will see format...confirm that you wanna delete all the pictures from it then you r done.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
