Its a Foolish Question actually .... Recycle Bin can't be removed from the desktop. If you are sure you did that , then I think you are using the modified version (pirated window) of Windows ... I suggest you to go to My Computer and at the top of it Click Tools and then Folder Options and open 2nd tab named "View" now scroll down and uncheck the "de System Files" option and check "Show all files". Click OK to close the window ..... You are done!
