How do I make creme brulee?

I watched Mahalo's Chocolate Creme Brulee video today. It's definitely not a five minute recipe but it looks like it would be a tasty one. I'm not to sure on using a propane torch on my food but I have seen it done on many food shows.

Mahalo's page is called How to Make a Chocolate Creme Brulee and there is a recipe on the page. I've added the link to it as a source at the bottom of the answer. For finding recipes I like to use All Recipes as my first source.

The rating system is used a lot, and the people who comment often add ideas on how to change up the recipe. I also like Alton Brown on Food.com. S recipes are not overly difficult and if I find one on All Recipes that I like, I will sometimes compare it to his to see what the differences are and combine the two.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
