How do I make Windows Vista automatically logon to my account instead of logging on automatically to Administrator?

When I start up Windows Vista, it automatically logs onto the Administrator account, rather than onto my user account. How can I get Vista to go automatically to my user? If I was you and I diddn't need the administrator account I would delete it, but as you have it you obviusly need/want it. I think it is automatically set to log onto the administrator account, but you could try adding a password to the administrator account, and take off any password you already have on your personal account and it should automatically log onto your account when you turn on your pc. 1 Oh good, another Vista complaint! Welcome to the wonderful world of Vista! It has a mind of its own (artificial intelligence) and will do whatever it pleases, when it pleases, and where and how it pleases and it makes no difference what you try to do it will do what it wants and not what you want it to do.

Now - don't you wish you had good old XP back? Wish I could help you, but with Vista, there's not much anyone can do to help, you just kind of have to hope it decides to do what you want.

2 If this were happening on XP, I would start using passwords on the different accounts to prevent automatic logon to anything. The passwords would present a slight inconvenience but could be just single letters. Try it on Vista.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
