Vista says it can't load my user account password. Bad thing is, my user account IS the Administrator. How do I get on?

I try to log on to my account. It won't accept the password. I log on using another account...but can't change anything because my user account is also the admin account.

How do I fix this? It looks like I'm stuck. CRIPES!
