The replacement toner cartridge cost $50. The replacement cartridge KX-FAT92 costs me $50. I paid only $125 for the printer and hence reluctant to pay a high price for the replacement cartridge.
Has anyone had any experience of refilling the toner for this printer? Asked by sgupta38 47 months ago Similar questions: refill laser toner panasonic KX MB781 all in one printer replacement cartridge cost $50 Computers > Hardware > Desktops & Laptops.

You shouldn't do it yourself Toner consists of very fine particles that go easily into the air and stay there for a while, so if you don't have equipment that keeps the air circulating and filtering, you are in danger of breathing in these particles that might not be healthy to you. Even if they arenot poisonous (they aren't) they will stay for a while in your lung. Personally I buy new toner-cardridges, just because they are not significantly more expensive than refilled ones (EUR 80 compared to EUR 50 for a toner for a Kyocera printer).
Reason for this was that it already happened more than one time that one single piece of plastic was breaking from the toner keeping the output closed drawing the toner unusable. One toner (at least the one for my Kyocera-printer) last for about 8000 pages, so we're just talking about a price-difference of EUR 0.007 per page). Dependent on the number of pages you're able to print with one toner the result of this calculation might be comparable, so just for saving "a minor" amount of money, it's not worth the hassle.
On the other side most printer that cost not very much when being bought are sponsored by the printing company to get the real money with selling toners and ink-cardridges. More or less the whole ink-printer-area fits under that but more and more laser-printers are sold that way as well. If your printer falls into that category you might check if there is a shop near you, that offers the refilling of a toner-cardridge that you can bring with you (e.g.As replacement for a already refilled one).
Most of them sell them with a warranty for functionality. That way you have a lower risk of bad quality coming out or (unlikely) damages to your printer. The higher price compared to the purely manual way should be worth the lower risks.

They'll refill at a substantial discount. I don't know of anyplace that sells toner for refilling cartridges at home.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
