Generally it's the 'store brand' cartridges that you find at Staples, Office Max, etc. They aren't always reliable, though, but you do save money if they work in your computer. There are places that will refill your printer cartridges and I believe are even cheaper; I've never tried them so I really can't recommend them one way or another.

You can find lots of ads on Amazon by searching for your printer's model followed by "ink". I also know more than one person who just tosses the printer when the ink runs out and buys a really cheap replacement for about the same or less than the cost of a set of cartridges. Obviously, that's not going to work for expensive high quality photo printers, nor is it very good for the environment.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
