How do I tell My best friend she acts like a slut?

It's her choice to sleep around with tons of guys, BUT! Considering her age and stabbing her friend(s) in the back over guys.. Uh .. Yes that definitely makes her acting like a slut. Besides that it seems like she doesn't know the consequences (sleeping around with no protection) .. Her parents must be so proud :).

Who cares if she's a slut. She is not a good friend and that's the real crime.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
