How do I use command prompt to clean unwanted registry keys?

Many people will never use it ... particularly people who are not very familiar with computers, but as Comicbook Reader states, some of us use it fairly frequently. It allows you to gain 'low level' control of your computer system. For instance, I've just used it to run sfc (System File Check).
